We are located close to downtown, in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature, and offer superior quality amenities.

The property is designed to receive groups of up to 19 guests, offering the perfect solution for vacations with family and friends, business team making trips, yoga and wellness retreats, diving groups...

Each studio is a spacious independent room with either King size bed (some can be turned into 2 single) or 2 double beds. It is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, mini-fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower (high shower head, pressurized water), closet, dafety deposit box. 14 guests can be accomodated in all the studios.

A fully furnished and equipped 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom apartment is rented as an additional option to receive up to 19 guests in the same property. The main bedroom has a King size bed, closet, safety deposit box and a balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove and a set of utensils and condiments.  With a very comfortable single sofa-bed, the appartment can easily acommodate 5 additional guests.

On the third floor you will find the main common area, with a big professional kitchen (we offer an optional onsite chef service that can adapt to the needs of each group). The dining area is composed of 4 tables and 14 chairs. A flat screen TV can be installed in the dining room when the guest requires it. The terrace is semi-covered and can be used as a multi-purpose area, with very comfortable outdoors beds, yoga mats and cushions. At the end of the terrace the pool offers views to the top of the trees and city horizons.

We provide body wash, soap and shampoo, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas.

In the entrance patio, besides the covered sitting area, you have enough space to park several bikes and also set all your diving gears.
